Resto-bar CHOPS is an Asian-fusion steakhouse with sushi bar, where you’ll find culinary delights from Asia combined with the gourmet cuisine of North America, and inspired by the rest of the world.

Featuring Glatt kosher dry-aged meats (min. 28 days) available from Glatt’s Lubavitch shechita as well as Chalak Beit Yosef, our food is prepared in the strictest manner of kashrus with a full-time Mashgiach (Mashgiach temidi) on-hand, under the supervision of the KSR Grand Rabbinat du Québec. Complete with sushi-grade fresh fish and hand-picked produce, we serve only the finest quality food made with the freshest ingredients.
