To become a member, you need to click on become a member on the top right hand side. Then you complete your member page ( user name, password and profile pic if desired). You then need to check the box I want to advertise if you are Company/ service provider. If you are a Company / service provider, once you save your profile, you then need to create a listing by clicking on" create a listing on "your  new member box on the right hand side. For more information on how the listing page will look please see Advertise on top. You will now have the right to create a listing or post comments and ratings to fellow paid listings and by doing so you increase your chance in the draw ( please see contest rules).

IF you are not a company / Service provider, you do not check that box and you will have the ability to give ratings and comments to paid listings on the site. When giving a paid listing a comment or rating you enter your name into a draw to win ( please see details on the contest page)
