Personalized Service

Our Personalized service employs highly trained staff. Based on each patient's need, we can provide answers to all your concerns and questions regarding any prescription you receive from your physician. We will do our best to ensure you understand everything about your medication and the benefits and/or undesirable side effects they may have. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We are here to help you!

If you would like to discuss your personal medication needs with one of our pharmacists you can do so by calling us or by emailing us. Tell the technician that answers your call that you have some questions about your personal medicine and would like to speak to one of our pharmacists. Pleas take note, in order to provide the best advice possible it will be necessary for our pharmacist to know all of the medications you are taking. Please email us the list or have it ready when calling.

Note: In Canada it is not yet legal to accept prescriptions transmitted over the Internet.

- If you have a prescription at an other pharmacy and you would like to transfer it to our pharmacy, you send us an email with your phone number and one of our pharmacists will call you back.

- You can call us at the number below. We will require the name and phone number of your pharmacy, and the names of the prescriptions you want transferred.

- If you have a prescription from a Canadian doctor you can mail the script to us, or you can have your doctor fax it from his/her office fax machine to us directly.
Please note: a faxed prescription is only valid if it comes from the prescribing physician's office fax machine.
