I was shopping for a diamond necklace as a gift. The staff was very patient and helpful. After guiding me through the ones on display, they even looked in the backroom for some similar selection that I might like. They have a large selection of diamond necklaces, some with and some without other gemstones, some larger and some smaller.

They provide GIA certification for larger diamonds, but they are still very confident in the quality of their smaller diamonds. Most of the diamonds I looked at were SI1 and the staff even encourages the customers to look through the magnifying glass. When purchasing the item, they will even printed out the store's certificate, whereas many other stores simply handwrite it.

In my case, the recipient of the gift did not like what I chose. Fortunately for me, the store was glad to exchange it for another that is more to her taste. Again, the service was very friendly and we worked together to find the perfect gift without any problems.

Also good to note is that their staff is fluent in both English and French, so there is no language barrier unlike some stores in Montreal. Their location is very convenient, as it is a few minutes' walk from the metro and is in the heart of downtown.
