The Montreal Institute of Swimming is a rapidly growing Small Canadian Business. Since 2005, the M.I.S has built its business around our flexible, accommodating service, experts swimming instructors and great customer service.

Love the swim team atmosphere, but can't manage the intensity of multiple practices per week? Then you're at the right place! Enjoyed the summer pool swim team atmosphere? This is definitely the program for you! Allow us to introduce the MIS swim team!

90 minute practices with focus on an introduction to competitive swimming: building endurance, refining stroke techniques, learning racing starts & flipturns.
Choose to practice once, twice or three times per week as you wish.
Competitions are optional.
Sign up for only 10 weeks at a time! Year long commitment is optional.
Chose from a variety of locations.

Who can join this swim team? Anyone with a knowledge of the 4 strokes and the ability to swim at least 50m (2laps) of each. There are no tryouts required, anyone is welcome!
