Planning your child's birthday party
Planning your child’s birthday party can feel like it takes forever!!!
When you're planning a party or an event in Montreal, it sometimes feels like it's taking a lifetime to organize. The experience can be exhausting, long, boring and time consuming. When using SuperPartyFactory, you make your party planning experience fun and easy. Start by choosing the type of event you need to plan; for example a child’s birthday, you would then find all the services and information necessary to organize, plan and budget the event.
You need to decide on what you’re looking for; be it an original idea with a “Wow” effect or a specific type of entertainment for your child’s birthday party. Whatever your choice, you can find the various venues and entertainers (magicians, princess or pirates, zumba, dance parties) and more in the “Children’s Birthday” category.
Now to start the planning process it’s important to know what your budget is and where the party will take place. The different option are: Home, hall rental, gym rental or the option to outsources the whole headache and go to a location where packages include entertainers, food, drinks, the birthday cake and where kids of all ages can run around in a safe environment, but keep in mind that this option is the most costly. You’ll still need to plan ahead to make sure you have enough loot bags and that the event and the loot bags are age appropriate.
Always keep in mind food Allergies. You’ll need to ask the parents about their kids’ allergies and then take these into consideration when using ingredients to prepare the food or if you buy ready to serve platters and dishes. Parents appreciate this effort and it makes the whole event a more pleasant one for all.
Last but not least, make sure your child’s birthday party does not conflict with another event, another birthday, a holiday, a school party, a camp weekend, or etc.
At this point you have enough information to put together your party. This should always be a fun & easy process!
