What we offer
Get 3 hours of lessons (e.g. 6 kids x 30 min ea) and MIS will send an instructor to you at the same low rate of $20/lesson!

Can't make a class?
No problem!

Reschedule up to 2 classes per session, simply call & advise your instructor a day in advance. We are flexible and accommodate each customer according to their schedule.

KATIE HEWLETT

I have been swimming for as long as I can remember. Completing all of my swimming lessons growing up at Surrey Pool, and swimming competitively at DSC for 5 years. I have been working as a swimming instructor for the past 5 years for The City of Dorval and am now very excited to be beginning my journey as an instructor for the M.I.S! I am currently studying at Dawson College in the Child Studies program. I love to teach swimming lessons, and enjoy making learning new strokes lots of fun.

LIZ LANDRY

I grew up at the Dollard des Ormeaux Civic Centre, and then worked as an instructor and lifeguard there for 5 years. I have been on the M.I.S team for a year and a half.
Favourite strokes : Breastroke and Butterfly.
Hobbies: I love to read in my free time and I love to cook and bake.
Teaching Style: will often be described as just the right amount of discipline and fun.

JUSTIN GOW-LEECH

Swam for Pointe Claire for 5 years and then played Dollard Waterpolo for 7 years. In that time, I played on the youth Canadian national waterpolo team where we won a Silver medal at Pan-Am Games. I also played North Shore football for 4 years.
Favourite Stroke: Front Crawl
Hobbies: Sports, Sports, Sports
Teaching Style: I am a very versatile teacher and adjust my lesson plans to accommodate each student. It is important to me that each client achieves their own personal goals in my class.
